Farming Expired Listings

The author of this site has been in big-box, high volume retail for about 18 years in such positions as District Manager to Executive Buyer overseeing multiple divisions.  He has studied real estate and is a former Realtor and National Association of Realtors member and has handled the marketing for Development, Construction Management and Property Management companies dealing with commercial and residential real estate development.  Currently he works as a marketing and retail consultant as well as helping others start their own home based businesses.
